Hector raised his eyelids and said calmly, “Mr. Lawson, you can’t do this. We’ve already agreed on the
rules to change the cards every ten rounds. This is just the eighth round and you’re requesting to

Hayes said with his eyes reddened, “You both are uncle and nephew. How can I be sure that there are
no tricks up your sleeves?”

Hector squinted his eyes and stared at Hayes, saying, “Mr. Lawson, you’d better talk with facts. If we
wanted to set you up, we wouldn’t have exposed our relationship at the beginning. I let you know about
it to prove that we’re innocent. You shouldn’t play if you can’t afford to lose!”
