How is that possible?
She had been afraid of taking medicinal concoctions all this time even from her previous life and it was not because this body was rejecting it, but an innate psychological aversion to them in her mind.

Though she posed a question to him, the man did not say another word but just looked at her meaningful gaze, the glint in his eyes strangely fervid.
Qing Yu did not know how to react at that moment but quickly came to discover that his gaze seemed to be staring at her lips. Her phoenix like eyes then widened up in disbelief: “Don’t tell me you…..”
Lou Jun Yao did not respond to her question but just smiled at her as he asked: “Do you need me to feed you?”
Qing Yu’s hand unwittingly stretched out to take the porcelain bowl from him. “I drink it on my own.”
The man then nodded his head in satisfaction. “Good girl.”
