She asked Liberty to come and take care of her son.

Please leave.” “Get out of the way.” Mrs. Lewis approached and jostled the bodyguards out of the way.

The bodyguards were not in the position to get physical with Mrs. Lewis and faked a resistance so
Liberty could get into the ward.

Seeing that Liberty made it into the room, Derek opened his mouth but said nothing in the end.



He quietly walked out of the ward.

In bed, Duncan’s eyes were closed, but he was not asleep.

He used sleep as an excuse to avoid his parents as the last thing he wanted was to see their
heartbreak.

It had been ten days since she saw him.
