Chapter 16: When the Tables Turn

Regardless of today's judgment, Riane was finally ruined.

In Aldrich's heart, all the kindness that she showed to him was just an act and her evilness was finally
revealed.

After all of this, Aldrich would definitely not want her anymore.

Perhaps he would shoo her away, just like how he dealt with Caroline back then.

Her career was also ruined.

As a celebrity, she could imagine that her social media account had already been taken over by

All of her endorsement ads, film and television contracts in the past had probably been ruined, and she

She was feeling tired as she sat on the chair.

The judge frowned, "Defendant, it's not time for you to speak"

The defense lawyer continued, "At the same time, I deny all charges on behalf of my client, Mr.Stanley.I
will also sue Miss Riane, on behalf of Mr.Stanley for putting him into a situation a year ago, in which
she set him up to have sex with other woman while he was unconcious."

Riane felt like something ringed in her ears.

Realization started to hit her.

‘Aldrich and his lawyer was betraying me!"

‘Instead of helping me to be free from this situation, they even pushed me down! No wonder, these two
person were allies.

And now that she was like this, no one would help her anymore.

She knew that she had nowhere to go.

On the complainant's side, Caroline's lips curled up into a cold smile when she heard the lawyer's
words.

‘Now, the table has turn around’’ Caroline laughed at the back of her mind.

Unfortunately, she also knew that this evidence could not imprison Aldrich.



After all, most of the incidents were planned by Riane, so Aldrich was not guilty.

‘But what if he was passive? He was also one of the reason why Charlene died! Caroline's eyes was
filled with hatred.

'If this man could not be jailed, I will use another method to take revenge!’

One day, she wanted him to kneel in front of Charlene's tomb and deeply repent! Editor's comment:
