In the end, it was the butler who opened the door.
A gentle smile flashed across the butler’s face when he saw the triplets. "Kids, what brings you here?"
"Mr. Butler, we're here for Uncle Sean. Is he home?" The triplets asked politely.
The butler shook his head. "Mr. Anderson isn't back yet.
I guess he's still working, right now. Why don't you come inside and wait for him? I'll get you some milk."
"Sure."
The triplets sat on the sofa and patiently waited for Sean's return.
After some time, they could hear Sean's car outside.
Tony parked the car and pushed Sean into the house.
They saw the triplets sitting side by side as soon as they entered the house. "Uncle Sean!" The triplets said
unanimously.
"Why are you guys here?" Sean’s eyes brightened.
Alex said composedly, "Uncle Sean, we're here to talk to you about something. Something very
important."
Ben and Claudia nodded their heads, looking serious with their chubby cheeks.Sean could not help but laugh. He moved his wheelchair toward them, and he said in a serious
manner, "Go ahead, then. I'm all ears."
However, the triplets hesitated for a few seconds. "Hm... Can you ask Mr. Butler and Uncle Sean to go
somewhere else first?”
Tony stood at the side, looking innocent.
'What kind of important thing is this? Even I can't listen to it?'
Sean was a little surprised at the triplet's request, but he nodded anyway. "Okay, we'll go to the room,
then."
After reaching the room, Alex closed the door and locked it. Then, he crawled onto the sofa and patted
the seat beside him. "Ben, Claudia, sit over here."
The triplets looked at Sean and solemnly said after getting into position, "Uncle Sean, there's one thing
we want to tell you. Also, we have a secret for you."
"Go ahead." Sean lifted his brows, and a faint smile could be seen in his dark pupils.
He was curious to find out what the triplets were going to tell him.
The triplets looked at each other and directly said," Uncle Sean, Mrs. Anderson went to talk to mommy
today, and she even offered mommy some money to split up with you."
Sean's smile disappeared and he looked serious after hearing what they said. "Really?
"I'm sorry. I didn't know anything about that."
He sounded a little sorry as he worriedly asked, "What did your mommy...""Uncle Sean, don’t worry. Mommy didn’t agree with Mrs. Anderson. She said she'll decide for herself in
her own relationship," Ben replied in a serious tone.
Sean was relieved.
He was still feeling a little worried a second before. He was afraid that Molly would not be able to stand his
mother's pressure and choose to end their relationship.
He was glad that she did not!
"However, we can't let things go on like this."
Alex spoke again. He looked more like a mini adult compared to Ben and Claudia. He said each word clearly in
his childish voice, "Uncle Sean, mommy never had it easy. We won't be happy if you got together with her and
you can't make her life better, so..."
Sean could not help but feel a tightness in his chest after hearing what he said.
'Are the kids going to give up on me?'
