Molly didn't expect him to be so sensitive. She had no choice but to admit it. "My bad. I really shouldn't
have eaten so much. My stomach doesn't feel too well."
Sean's eyes darkened and pulled her back. "Stay here. I'll get Tony to fetch the pills from downstairs."
"It's quite late. Let's not trouble him. I'll go downstairs and get it. Wait forme here."
Molly's voice was gentle and tried to rid Sean of his worries. She then stood up and headed
downstairs.
Sean furrowed his brows even more. He looked at his legs with frustration.
Under such circumstances, he should be the one going down the stairs. However, he had to be the one
who couldn't walk. This meant that Molly had to go downstairs herself even though she didn't feel well.
Sean's face darkened even more.
Molly went downstairs, found the medicine and took it. She quickly came back.
When Molly walked through the door, she saw how dark Sean's face was and was shocked. "What s it?
Did I upset you in some way?
I promise I won't do it again in the future."
"No, it's not you." Sean shook his head.
He was mad at himself.Molly didn't know what was going on, but when she lay back on the bed, she was pulled into Sean's
arms. "Do you still feel uncomfortable?"
Molly found a comfortable position and said, "I'm fine. The medicine takes effect pretty quickly."
Sean nodded and didn't say anything else. However, he placed his warm hand on Molly's belly and
rubbed it gently.
There was a layer of clothes between Sean's hand and Molly's belly, but Molly felt that her stomach
was getting warmer and the aching slowly began to disappear.
Before she knew it, she fell asleep.
Sean kept his eyes on Molly. He breathed a sigh of relief when he saw that Molly was no longer feeling
uncomfortable.
Molly was up later than usual the next day.
When she woke up, Sean was no longer present.
She went downstairs after washing up. That was when she saw Sean in the dining room. Not only that,
she saw a busy middle- aged woman.
"Who is this?" Molly was a little taken aback.
The woman heard Molly's voice and said politely, "Good morning, Mrs. Anderson."
Molly felt surprised and looked at Sean.
"To make sure that you have your meals on time, I've hired Lynsey to look after you. In the future, have
your meals on time. If you can't get home then Lynsey will get the food to you. I've already prepared a
car for her. You shouldn't eat so much unhealthy food from takeaways."Molly was a little taken aback after hearing what Sean said.
She didn't expect Sean to be this worried just because she had a stomach ache all of a sudden. All the
arrangements were perfect as well.
"To be honest, there's no need for all this trouble. I won't be here for long. I'll be going back after the
reagent development has finished. Besides, it was only an accident this time."
Molly sat down beside Sean.
Sean interrupted her. "Since it was an accident, then we can't be certain that it won't happen the next
time. Besides, you may not know that the base camp of the Shepard family is in Xesxia."
This meant that it would be impossible for Molly to return to Northfolk within a short period of time.
Molly was surprised. "How did you know?"
"I've done my research, of course. Not a lot of information about the Shepard family is known by
outsiders. You will come in contact with them in the near future, so I'm a little worried. Therefore, be
good and listen to me, so that I won't be worried, alright?"
Sean's voice was gentle, but also domineering at the same time.
Molly wasn't going to refuse anyway.
She felt happy that someone cared about her.
"Alright, I promise I'll listen to you and eat my meals on time. I won't ruin my own health because of
work."
"That's a good girl."Sean felt satisfied and then signaled Molly to eat her breakfast.
Lynsey was very good at cooking. The food she made was no inferior to the chefs of the house in
Northfolk.
It was obvious that Sean had put a lot of attention to this aspect.
